The Equity Audit System for Empowerment (E.A.S.E) is a professional development workshop series to support your organization's broader equity goals. The E.A.S.E workshop series will support your organization's collective efforts at cultivating a workplace culture steeped in equity programming with a keen focus on race and gender for BIPOC. Using our novel system of assessment, diagnosis, and intervention we will create an equity plan of action tailored to support the unique needs of your organization. In this professional development series you will learn how to embody and practice equity in the following domains:
- Organizational leadership (deconstructing and assessing how bias may inform leadership and learn how to build a diverse leadership team).
- Hiring (developing and refining strategies to hire and promote folks committed to providing equitable service and programming).
- Organizational culture and climate (identifying strategies for cultivating a workplace culture that is inclusive, promotes peace and minimizes stress).
- Practice with organizational staff and clients (learning culturally responsive techniques to support your staff and clients).
- Community engagement (interacting and working collaboratively with people in the communities in which your clients live and work).
- Connecting with key stakeholders (interacting and working collaboratively with key organizations, businesses, and non-profits who can add value to your mission, vision, and programming).
